Picnic and Adventures

Picnic time! My friends and I went to a park to have a picnic, and it was such a cute little one! This is my friend’s picnic basket

We went to the grocery store and bought a lot of food! We had cantaloupes, watermelons, chips, cookies, and subs that was already made for us. My friend was so kind enough to buy us the food in return for gas money. 🙂

These were the cutest juice boxes ever! They were so tiny yet had the right amount of juice in it! Oh and a random close up of the watermelon slice I ate. We also played story cubes, which is a game where you throw dices with different pictures on them and you make up a story together. One of the cutest game to play!

After the lovely picnic we had, we decided to explore the buildings in this certain area that was close to the park.

This is the first building we saw and we hesitated to go inside, which was a cafe.

We decided to look around instead of going inside.

While we were deciding whether or not to go inside, I took a quick outfit of the day, haha.

Then we came across many buildings with murals on them, so here are the ones we saw:

I wish I knew the artists that made these to credit their beautiful artworks!

Art Store

Wine Bar

Came across few different stores, such as the wine bar, art stores, jewelry store, and etc.

Then, we went inside of this record shop, which had many other cool things as well!

The dolls in the store was a little creepy, but still awesome.

The owner of the store was really nice! I would recommend coming to this store if you like records and many other vintage looking items!

FINALLY! The last place we went to is the cafe we saw in the beginning! I found this sign that looked adorable, but didn’t realize it was the sign of the first cafe we looked at.

“Nothing like a hot coffee on a cold day…or a mild day or a warm day, or a hot day…”

Lets go inside shall we!

First, we see some type of film producing area…?

THEN, you pass this awesome looking wood thing and this is where the cafe section was!

I LOVE THE DESIGN OF THIS.

AND THIS. I was obsessed with how awesome this looked! I wanted to steal it, but stealing is for losers!

Even the wifi sign is adorable!

I definitely recommend this place! It’s a cute little cafe that I didn’t take enough pictures to show how awesome it was!

They had games like UNO and Mancala to play with! My friends and I played UNO before leaving and one of my friends won, even though I made her draw two so many times! She’s a true pro of UNO, Haha.

How was the coffee you ask? Unfortunately, coffee gives me a massive headache, so I didn’t order any, plus I forgot to bring my credit card and cash…Nice one, Ellie…but my friend seemed to enjoy her coffee! 🙂

I love finding new places to visit! It made it even more special spending time with the ones you love! Even though it was a really hot day and I got sick from all the food I ate, it was all worth it! I felt like a character from a Studio Ghibli movie exploring places and finding cool new things!
